Hannah Moss

DIRECTOR & CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST

Hannah is a Clinical Psychologist and works with adolescents, adults, and families. She is warm and empathetic and uses a transdiagnostic approach. Hannah utilises a range of evidence-based frameworks in her practice, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy and Attachment-based therapies, including Circle of Security (CoS). She also utilises an Applied Behavioural Analysis framework to provide parenting interventions.

Hannah has experience in assessment and treatment of a range of mental health and emotional difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment difficulties, relationship distress, OCD and personality disorders. Hannah also works with young people 14 years and above for a broad range of emotional, behavioural and life concerns and believes in the importance of working collaboratively with both young people and parents to deliver a holistic treatment experience.

Hannah understands that the idea of therapy may be daunting for some. She provides a safe and accepting space for her clients to explore their strengths and create a more fulfilling and meaningful life, whatever that may look like.

Formerly (Hannah Copeland)

Hannah has a range of experience working as a Psychologist in both public and private mental health settings. She started her career working with young people and their families for the Child and Youth Mental Health Service. Hannah loved working in this space, however she also wanted to work with adults, which is what led her to working in private practice. Hannah now gets the privilege of working with a broad cross section of the community and loves the diversity this brings.
